Make an appointment, it’s the right thing to do
The odometer on your scooter just rolled over. The miles tell you it’s time for service. No problem, the boys down at the dealership can get right on it, right? Well, maybe not.
If you just show up, chances are, you’re going to have to stand in line behind those 10 other fellas who just showed up, too. So, you wait, and you wait and you begin to get a little frustrated. Finally, you’re hot under the collar, your blood pressure is boiling and the service department is frazzled. Before you know it, the day’s wasted and your bike is still not serviced.
There’s a better way. Call for an appointment. It’s that simple. Make an appointment for maintenance and keep the appointment.
"If everyone does that," Route 15 Honda/Yamaha owner Bob Kurzweil said, "you’re happy, the service technicians are happy, everyone’s happy."
Kurzweil said that he’s working to implement the appointment program to help ease the wait in long lines and to be better able to serve his customers.
"We want to have time to discuss the problems your having and be clear about exactly what service you expect we will perform. Long lines at the service desk make that kind of communication difficult," said Route 15 Honda-Yamaha owner Bob
Kurzweil.
The Route 15 service department now schedules a time of day for drop-off as well as pick-up. They ask their customers to please try and adhere to the appointment and to call if they can’t keep the appointment. They promise to do their best to get you and your machine in and out as smoothly as possible. Kurzweil reminds customers with pre-paid maintenance plans that they will always receive priority service.
So, when it’s time for service, call the service department at 1-973-663-3000, Ext. #2. It will get you in and out of the shop quicker.
It may also keep your blood pressure lower. J
