| Scott Migdol
Scott is an MMI graduate who has joined our winning team here
in Camarillo. Scott has been riding motorcycles since he was 9
and has been obsessed with Harleys since he could remember.
He is currently in the process of building his own custom
chopper, which he anticipates will be complete by the end of
the year.

| Mickey Williams
Mickey is our Service Writer here at the dealership with over
35 years of motorcycle experience. Before he made the switch
to the motorcycle industry, Mickey worked as a diesel truck
mechanic and drag raced Chevys. He then worked at LA Harley
for 6 years and joined our team because he "loves the people
here". Mickey loves to ride his '92 FXR whenever he has the
opportunity, which is often because his bike is pushing 105K
miles.

| Preston Kyles
Preston is our newest technician who recently graduated from
MMI. He was born and raised in Hollywood and has been riding
for 10+ years. He has owned two Harley-Davidsons, a 1988
Heritage and a 1995 Bad Boy.

| Bob Rand
Bob is a Master mechanic with over 10 years of Harley
experience. He joined us from Atascadero Harley as the weather
and people of Camarillo were much more savory. He is an asset
to our service team as his skills are unparalleled and his
keen sense of humor keeps us all smiling. Bob is currently
restoring his pride and joy, a 1975 Shovelhead.

| Skip Whiting
Skip is an MMI graduate who has been working on Harleys for
7+ years. He was the head mechanic on the Southern California
Buell Dealers Racing team for the 24 hour race at Willow
Springs, and has built several bikes from the ground up. Skip's attention to detail makes him one of the best in the
field.

| Jon Carr
Jon is a MMI graduate who joined our dealership last year.
Previously, he worked at Bartel's H-D and has assisted in
training other technicians. Jon is also team captain on the
Ventura H-D golf team.

| Ross McAlpine
Ross is our set-up technician here at the dealership. He is a
long time Harley enthusiast and was exposed to motorcycles at
a young age. He began riding dirt bikes and then gradually
progressed to the street. He has been riding his FXR for over
15 years and loves it.

| Matt Gregory
Matt has recently joined our technician team. He comes to
Ventura H.D. with over 9 years of H-D experience. Seven of
which were at Sacramento H.D. Matt has had MMI and Factory
level training and wants to extend his reputation for quality
work to Ventura County.
